I work with individuals, couples, and families from diverse backgrounds, supporting concerns such as relationship distress, trauma, life transitions, parenting challenges, and intercultural or interracial dynamics. My work is informed by Internal Family Systems (IFS), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and the Gottman Method, and is grounded in compassion, curiosity, and deep respect for each client’s lived experience.
My approach is collaborative and integrative, drawing from humanistic, existential, psychodynamic, and somatic-based therapies. I also incorporate art and play therapy, narrative work, and evidence-based practices from CBT, DBT, and ACT to tailor treatment to each client’s goals and needs.
I am an internationally acclaimed author and a co-host of a grant-winning mental health podcast. With over 15 years of experience across technology, creative, and nonprofit sectors, I bring warmth, depth, and real-world perspective to my clinical work. Beyond the therapy room, I am committed to mental wellness advocacy, supporting awareness and healing within underserved communities.
