Sound Bath Integrated Group Therapy for BIPOC Mental Health Professionals

Who holds you when you’re the one holding others?

Mental health professionals from BIPOC communities often carry layered responsibilities: supporting clients, navigating systems not built with them in mind, and managing personal, cultural, and intergenerational stress. This group is designed as a place to exhale.

First session FREE for new participants! Great for BIPOC mental health professionals who need a reset, a moment to themselves, and to feel clear and light again.

How this group works:

Each session blends live sound bath elements with guided group discussion led by a mental health clinician. Sound is used as a grounding and regulating tool, creating space for deeper emotional awareness and integration. Group therapy provides structure, reflection, and shared meaning-making.

This group is for:

  • BIPOC mental health professionals (therapists, trainees, and allied providers)
  • Those experiencing burnout, compassion fatigue, or emotional overload
  • Helpers seeking culturally responsive support and community
  • Professionals wanting a slower, body-based approach to stress and healing
