Custody and Mediation Services
When parents separate or divorce, emotions can create significant conflict that negatively impacts all involved. MACS offers two types of services in these cases: 1) custody evaluations and agreements and 2) mediation and co-parenting/parallel parenting support.
Ken is an experienced, objective third-party that can help create a child-focused custodial arrangement. This service includes parent-child assessments, coordination with teachers and therapists, and the incorporation of medical and academic reports to craft a comprehensive custody agreement and co-parenting plan.
For those who already have a custody agreement or want adjunct services, we offer co/parallel-parenting skill building and conflict resolution along with supportive mediation.
Court-Ordered Family and Reunification Therapy
Mallon Advisory & Counseling Services provides court-ordered therapy to support families navigating divorce, custody disputes, and parent-child estrangement. Our services include co-parenting and parallel parenting support, child-parent reunification, and parental alienation mitigation. We work collaboratively with families, attorneys, and the court system to design child-centered, evidence-based interventions that prioritize emotional well-being and family stability, helping families rebuild trust and establish sustainable relationships.
